Standing · Shoulders
Front Raise
Lifts the arms forward to work the front of the shoulders — the muscles you use to reach up to a shelf.
How to do it
- Stand on the middle of the EZband with feet hip-width apart, holding one side in each hand at your thighs, palms facing your legs.
- Keep your arms straight with a soft bend in the elbows.
- Raise both arms forward to shoulder height.
- Pause, then lower slowly.
- Do 8–10 reps.
Form tips
- Stop at shoulder height — no higher.
- Don't swing or lean back.
- Keep your shoulders down and relaxed.
Using your EZband
Stand on the centre of the band. Use the Light band to start.
Beginner modifications
- Raise one arm at a time.
- Raise only to chest height.
- Do it seated with the band under your feet.
Safety notes
- Stop if you feel pinching at the top of the shoulder.
- Keep the movement slow and controlled.
